The Role of Management Psychology in Enhancing Human Resource Development and Enterprise Efficiency: A Canadian Perspective
Abstract
In the field of business management, the rational application of psychological concepts to build a comprehensive development system and achieve refined and standardized management can effectively enhance the quality and efficiency of enterprise management. In human resource development and corporate management, the reasonable use of psychological knowledge can create a harmonious and unified work environment, effectively strengthening employees' sense of belonging and satisfaction. Based on this, the article focuses on analyzing the application of management psychology in human resource development and corporate management, exploring the fundamental concepts and key points of management psychology, and discussing specific application points of management psychology in human resource development and corporate management from both grassroots and top-level management perspectives.
